By creating an account or using HoodyRich Trading Bot you agree to these Terms.
2. What HoodyRich is and is not
We provide educational market-study tools (signals, bots, AI utilities, lessons). We are not a broker, exchange, bank, or investment adviser.
3. Risk warning
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past or simulated results do not guarantee future performance. No profits are promised.
4. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for safeguarding your login.
5. Subscriptions & crypto payments
Paid plans are billed in crypto. Wrong-network transfers may be irreversible. Plan features are described on Pricing/Billing.
6. Signals, bots, AI tools & study wallet
Outputs are educational. Study-wallet balances are internal to the platform and are not bank deposits.
7. Optional broker linking & execution
Broker connections you authorize are optional. You remain solely responsible for activity on third-party broker accounts.
8. Cashback, referrals & leaderboards
Promotional rewards may change or be withheld for abuse or fraud.
9. Acceptable use
No scraping abuse, unauthorized access, chargeback fraud, or illegal activity.
10. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and software belong to HoodyRich or its licensors.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or indirect damages.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service or breach of these Terms.
14. Changes & termination
We may modify or discontinue features and may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
